Christmas Gift Inspiration: Beauty Gift Sets

Christmas shopping can be a stressful experience, especially if you are one of those people who like to leave it all until the shops are about to close on Christmas Eve. Trying to find the perfect gift for someone special can be hard work, so I thought that I would try and inspire you with a selection of my favourite beauty gift sets. I've tried to find a bunch of gift sets to suit different budgets, and I think that all of these would make lovely presents for mums, sisters and friends this Christmas.

1. Lush Christmas Candy Box // £19.95
Lush describe this as the perfect gift for anyone who loves sweet scents, candy colours, and having soft and smooth skin smelling good enough to eat. It includes a popcorn lip scrub, candy mountain bubble bar, rock star soap and snow fairy shower gel, all packaged up in the cutest little gift box.

2. Origins Mask Marvels Christmas Gift Set // £25
I have already talked about this gift set in my October Wishlist post, but I just had to mention it on here as well. It includes three different face masks (75ml each), all of which are designed to help with different skin care dilemmas. This gift set is really good value for money as one face mask (100ml) costs £22 alone. This would make the perfect present for a girl who loves her skincare.

3. Umberto Giannini Beauty Secrets Natural Beauty: The Essential Kit // £12
Boots have so many fantastic hair care sets in their Christmas range this year. This one is a great option as the products are suitable for all hair types. It includes mini sized versions of all the products you would need for gorgeous looking hair during the party season. If you are looking for something more specific, there are plenty of alternative options which are all part of the 3 for 2 promotion.

4. Too Faced All I Want For Christmas Set // £35
This little makeup bag full of beauty goodies would make a lovely gift for someone special. It contains a bronzer and eye shadow trio complete with a compact mirror, a lip cream, an eye shadow primer, an eye liner and a mascara. This would be the perfect makeup kit for anyone travelling somewhere special over the Christmas holidays.

5. Benefit Whole Lotta Lovin' // £25
When it comes to pretty packaging, Benefit makes me weak at the knees.
This set includes a travel sized version of their infamous they're real mascara, three powder eye shadows, a cream eye shadow, a concealer, a bronzer, a concealer brush, and a double ended talent/fluff shadow brush. All of these products are in very wearable shades, and would suit most skin tones. Benefit makeup is fantastic quality, and the gorgeous packaging makes it the most perfect Christmas present.

6. Nails Inc. Best Dressed Nails Collection // £16
This little gift set would make a fantastic stocking filler. It includes five nail polishes, all in festive special effects shades - perfect for the party season.

7. Soap and Glory Relaxstation Gift Set // £20
In my opinion, you can't go far wrong with a Soap and Glory gift set. The products smell absolutely gorgeous and leave the skin feeling beautifully soft and refreshed. This set includes everything needed for a luxurious and relaxing bath time, and would be perfect for a girly pamper night. You get seven products for £20 so it's defiantly good value for money, and all of the Soap and Glory gift sets are in the Boots 3 for 2 Christmas offer.

8. Clinique Party Favours Set // £55
This is a little bit more of an expensive option, but I thought that I would include it for those on a higher budget. This gift set from Clinique may appear pretty pricey, but the products are of excellent quality, and you are actually getting really good value for money. It includes four eye shadows in beautiful autumn/winter shades, a chubby stick lip colour, an all about eyes cream, a quickliner for eyes, a nail varnish and a high impact mascara. This is the perfect makeup kit for all of those Christmas festivities, and it even comes with a pretty little makeup bag to store it all in.

I hope that this little post has inspired you to make a start on your Christmas shopping, or has given you an idea for that perfect Christmas present. I will be writing more festive posts during December, so don't forget to pop back if you want to see those.
